1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SmartSelective, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SmartSelective provides weekly practice test materials for Victorian Selective Schools entrance exam preparation. The service includes:

• Weekly email delivery of practice tests
• Test materials covering all four exam subjects
• Answer keys and explanations
• Welcome bonus test upon subscription

3. Subscription and Billing

Monthly Subscription

The SmartSelective service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $99 per month.

Billing

• You will be charged immediately upon signup
• Subsequent charges occur monthly on the same date
• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Content Ownership and Use

Our Content

All test materials, questions, answers, and explanations are the property of SmartSelective and are protected by copyright laws.

Permitted Use

• Personal use by your family for exam preparation
• Printing materials for personal study

Prohibited Use

• Sharing, distributing, or selling our materials
• Commercial use of any kind
• Posting materials online or on social media
• Reproducing materials for tutoring businesses

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SmartSelective is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Exam success or specific score improvements
• Admission to any selective school
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Limitation of Liability

SmartSelective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and test materials, is the property of SmartSelective and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
